The PROFIBUS simulator is a tool that allows you to check and
set the PROFIBUS slave data from your computer on behalf of the
PROFIBUS master (usually a PLC) by connecting to a newly installed
or existing PROFIBUS network system.

【Functional differences from PROFIBUS masters such as PLC】
・Simultaneous communication with multiple sensors is not possible.
　 If multiple sensors are connected to the same PROFIBUS network,
　 one sensor will be selected for communication.
・There is a slave search function.
・ You can change the PROFIBUS address of the slave (some can
　 also be done by PLC).
・Communication speed is fixed at 19.2kbaud.
