This unit is the converter for GY probe, which can be built into PLC
MELSEC-Q (Mitsubishi).
One unit can be associated with 1 probe (1 axis) or 2 probes (2 axes)
and stores digital position data (Binary code).
The CPU unit can read the data through the buffer memory.
【Feature】
① Supportable PLC:
Can be connected to the Q bus as an I / O unit for MELSEC-Q.
② Conformity detector:
This module is compatible with the GY series.
③ Sensor value:
Outputs the position of the magnet moving along the sensor
probe with arbitrary resolution (min. 1 μm).
Since the position output is a full absolute method, highly
reliable data can be obtained.
④ Multi-magnet support:
Up to 3 magnet positions can be detected at the same time.
(Option: Up to 32 can be supported for 1-axis specifications.)
⑤ Zero setting function:
The zero position can be changed from the Y output from the CPU.
⑥ Upper and lower limit detection function:
Limit output for the set upper and lower limit values.
⑦ External preset function:
The zero position can be changed by an external input signal.
⑧ Pulse output function (model option):
Outputs A / B phase pulse to the outside.
⑨ Self-diagnosis function (RAS function):
The following four abnormalities are detected.
Sensor not connected, Internal hardware error,
Sensor magnet error, Sensor data error
